1. Sign in Process


STEP 1. Click on “Sign in” at the upper right corner of the webpage.

STEP 2. Check “Agree” after reading “Terms and Conditions’ and “Privacy Policy"

STEP 3: Write in your account ID and PW (2 or more combinations of uppercase/lowercase/numeric/special characters, 8 to 16 characters)

STEP 4. Write in your name and you e-mail address

STEP 5. Complete the process by clicking “Sign in”!

-Not purchased in OPTATUM mall or non-member purchase

-30 days after the delivery

-Returned the product after writing a review

-If the photo is small, unclear, or does not include the product

-If the review does not fit the required form

-If the product cost is below USD 10 or is distributed as a free gift.

5. Exchange/Return Policy


Requirements

Please carefully purchase our products.

Inquiries about the products should be made within 7 days after the delivery.

*To expedite the inquiry process, please tell us your order number.


If you receive a defective product, please let us know through Kakao Talk Plus friend ”옵타움(in Korean)". After we confirm the defect, you can exchange or refund your product within 14 days.


All exchange/return shipping fees for defective or misplaced products will be covered by OPTATUM.

 

In case of exchanging a product due to simple change of mind or exchanging already used product, you will be responsible for all shipping fees.


-In case of missing product

If there is a missing product, please contact the OPTATUM customer service within 7 days after delivery. Please send us a picture of the delivery box, a picture of all the products received, order details, or order number to expedite the process.


Once the loss of the product is confirmed, we will send the same product to you immediately. All costs associated with the shipping will be covered by OPTATUM.
